Yet more PR Scotland pouring out for Edinburgh’s newest wine venue.
A popular monthly guide to food and drink in Edinburgh, has featured a review of Tony Crolla’s latest offering Divino Enoteca praising the venue for its fabulous fresh wine.
Bite magazine, sampled some of the venue’s fine and rare Italian wines as well as it’s authentic Italian antipasti, describing it as nothing short of divine.
Divino Enoteca is the first venue in Scotland to use enomatic wine dispensing technology to preserve the flavour and body of the wine allowing customers to sample renowed wines by the glass, safe in the knowledge of a guranteed perfect serve.
The venue also boasts one of the most extensive wine lists available in the UK – featuring around 65 different wines.
Headed by sommelier Sebastiano Ingaliso and owned by Tony Crolla, the venue has thus far been a success achieving scores of coverage and a following of appreciative wine lovers.
