Dylan Short provided expert opinion for the piece featured within the Daily Mail, under the headline “Rental market booms as home loans dry up for young Scots”.

The story focuses on new stats which reveal that more than half of young Scots will be living in rented homes by the end of decade because of the lack of mortgages for first time buyers.

Dylan said: “Over the past 18 months we have taken a lot of enquiries for rented properties from young people aged between 21 and 36. Many of them want to purchase a home of their own but cannot afford to, so they have to rent a property instead.”
