An Edinburgh chef has flambéed the rest of the competition and achieved Food and Drink PR success
ALAN Dickson, Head Chef at No 10 Restaurant at Ten Hill Place Hotel won the renowned title of “Hotel Chef of the Year 2017” at the Scottish Hotel Awards.
Judged on more than one occasion by secret diners, Alan was shortlisted for the regional round and quickly advanced to the national competition – where he was up against a number of talented chefs from some of Scotland’s most renowned hotels.
Ensuring everyone would hear of the award win for the hotel chef was key to our team. Food and Drink PR success followed with the story appearing across the media creating a great 120,321 opportunities to see.
