The latest quarterly report by Citylets showing how rents have changed across Scotland over the past three months has been featured on a worldwide business news website.
Market Digest, which publishes business news from around the world, ran a story about the latest Citylets report and highlighted how rents across Scotland were starting to decrease.
The report by Citylets – which is Scotland’s most successful lettings portal – revealed that average rents in Scotland had decreased year-on-year by 1.1% to £638. The quarterly report is the country’s only detailed and independent barometer of the rental market, based on 40,000 annual lettings through over 250 agents, and is now a respected tool among investors, landlords and letting agencies around the UK.
