Industry insiders hailed Rick’s as one of Scotland’s top watering holes in leading hospitality publication Bar Magazine.

The Edinburgh institution, which is part of the Montpeliers (Edinburgh) group, opened in 2000 and underwent a stylish £150,000 refurbishment at the hands of interior designer Joelle Reid this year.

Montpeliers development director told Bar: “It is very important to know your marketplace and we were pretty much born and bred in Edinburgh and know our city well.”
