Property Market Still On The Move In Scotland

Warners The SunImpressive PR in Scotland for property experts

Edinburgh’s leading property solicitor Warners has been in the spotlight after reporting an increase in property sales in one of the country’s leading newspapers.

Warners was featured in The Sun after revealing it had sold 187 properties between June and August  worth more than £30 million – an increase of 22 buildings on the same period of last year. This comes as a surprise to many as the property market is still deemed as a struggle due to the recession.

The news came as the latest Registers of Scotland figures revealed that over the last 52 week period house sales have gone down by 8.4%. These figures don’t seem to be stopping Warners who are well on their way to hitting the 500 sales landmark by the end of the year.

Scott Brown of Warners believes it’s all about having realistic expectations when dealing with the property market. “There has been an increasingly realistic attitude among buyers and sellers in 2011 and its good news that this seems to be continuing.”

The article in The Sun was secured by the PR in Scotland expertise of public relations and social media experts on behalf of Warners by Holyrood PR.
