Property Maintenance Expert Gets Evening News Headlines By Highlighting Foreign Investors
Wednesday, July 1st, 2009
Property maintenance expert One Call Home Assist has been celebrating after securing a prestigious piece of coverage in the Edinburgh Evening News.
The evening newspaper reported on how the firm – which provides one-price maintenance contracts for landlords and property owners – had taken a series of calls from overseas investors looking for a maintenance deal on properties they had bought in the Capital.
Paul Greaves, managing director at One Call Home Assist, said the firm had already signed up owners from France, Dubai and Australia who all had properties in Edinburgh. He added that the interest in the maintenance contracts showed that foreign investors were starting to turn to the Scottish property market due to favourable exchange rates and falling house prices.
The full story appeared in the Edinburgh Evening News and was the result of a media campaign by Holrood Partnership PR in Edinburgh.
