Bell Ingram market themselves with PR Scotland in The Herald.
The property experts, were featured in the daily papers business pages after selling a Scots hotel which is home to one of the World’s Best Whisky Bars.
Lochside Hotel in Bowmore on Islay has been bought by Angus MacKinnon for an undisclosed sum from an asking price of £750,000, giving him control of a business which has won international recognition thanks to its collection of 270 whiskies.
Euan MacCrimmon of Bell Ingram states in the article that the sale shows that deals can be acheived fro appropraitely priced properties, despite difficult market conditions.
Bell Ingram’s extensive sales brochure is also quoted in the piece, saying: “The trading figures are extremely good, with the turnover for year ended April 5 2010 reported at £650,000”
