Property Analysis Builds More Newspaper Coverage In Edinburgh

Warners headlines secured by Holyrood Partnership PR in ScotlandEdinburgh’s top property solicitor celebrates a PR in Edinburgh success after revealing new analysis on the city’s housing market.

Warners was featured prominently in the Edinburgh Evening News, which reported on the firm’s recent view that there would be no house price rises in the Capital for the next five years.

Estate agency partner Scott Brown told the newspaper that the current restrictive conditions for mortgage lending were leading to a flattening of the property market in the city. He added that he expected prices to remain stable for the next five years, as buyers and sellers became more realistic over how much they expect for their properties.
