A BRAND-new home purchased by the O’Hara family is part of CALA’s new 352-hectare development Oakbank in Winchburgh – the largest and most high-profile masterplan schemes in the country, bringing huge economic growth to the location.

The young Glasgow family selected the home to be closer to family in Fife after being attracted to the developments location and ongoing investment in the local area, including the opening of a brand new secondary school for their kids Rory and Maisie.

The new five-bedroom home, the Colville features an open plan living room, a family/dining room with bi-folding doors to a patio area and rear garden and a study – the perfect place to work from home.

What really impressed the family was how accessible the team at CALA were. As they “went above and beyond to make sure the buying process was as smooth and easy as possible” with site managers there to help every step of the way.
