Our Scottish property PR team helped boost the profile of CALA’S innovative new raised gardens at Waterfront Plaza development.

Holyrood PR's expert Property PR team helped CALA Homes' elevate their innovative raised gardens across the medi.a

WHEN CALA HOMES (East) showcased plans for communal raised gardens at its Leith Waterfront Plaza development, our property PR experts knew this creation of coveted green space had the makings of a great story.

The raised communal garden will span approximately 2500 square metres and serve to deliver much sought-after outdoor space for the surrounding Waterfront Plaza apartments.

Our press release reached local, national and property audiences and is now a prominent feature of CALA’S website page for Waterfront Plaza, helping to communicate this perk of living at Waterfront Plaza to hot prospect buyers.

After a shift in buyer trends, shaped by the pandemic, resulted in increased demand for green space, communicating this innovative use of urban outdoor space was pivotal for our client.

Our property PR team successfully delivered the following results:

  • 16 Items of coverage across print, online and social media.
  • 301, 584 opportunities to see.
  • Extensive coverage from prominent regional news sources such as Edinburgh Live and the Edinburgh Reporter.
  • National coverage in the Mail on Sunday property feature.
  • Specialist news coverage in What House.

Gaining extensive coverage across a number of outlets, our team helped promote the raised gardens as a major selling point for potential buyers, highlighting not only the unusually large area of green urban space, but also the benefit of the space for those working from home.

Launched in summer 2019, Waterfront Plaza is CALA’S latest brownfield regeneration project.

After the sell-out success of their first release colony apartments, Waterfront Plaza currently features 2 & 3 bedroom apartments & 4 bedroom townhouses ranging from £295,000 to £520,000.
