A DEVELOPMENT of homes in a historic and picturesque village near Edinburgh has entirely sold out after a final surge of sales.

Chapel Lawns in Roslin is a new 79-home community that was built as part of a five-development £300million investment drive into Midlothian by the builder, including sold-out projects in Bonnyrigg and Straiton, as well as its more recently launched Belwood Oaks site in Penicuik.
