Gibson Kerr was quotes in an article in the Daily Telegraph’s Money section, which analysed the pros and cons of pre-nuptial agreements.

The newspaper reviewed the status of pre-nups in the UK following the recent high-profile legal case involving millionaire heiress Katrin Radmacher. Gibson Kerr Partner Fiona Rasmusen said that the agreements are now becoming more popular in Scotland and were seen as an important consideration for couples getting married.
