Scotland’s leading letting portal Citylets has been celebrating after being featured prominently in the online property press.
Home Move, which collates news and opinions in the UK property market, ran a story about the rental portal’s latest data results in Northern Ireland.
Citylets revealed that the collapse of Northern Ireland’s property market had left a surplus of “reluctant landlords” who were offering better-quality accommodation for a growing number of renters. It added that the average rents and time-to-let figures in Belfast had fallen over the past year, while there was a “gulf” in renting costs across the city.
The full coverage can be viewed on the Home Move website. Citylets is supported by Holyrood PR, which provides expert PR in Scotland.
