Edinburgh’s top property solicitor Warners has been celebrating after receiving a major PR boost in a national newspaper.
The Scotsman ran a feature in its Thursday property supplement on one of Warners’ new properties for sale – a New Town apartment with an unusual, artificial lawn.
The paper highlighted how the artificial turf was a key selling point for the property, as prospective buyers would not have to mow the lawn or perform any strenuous gardening. The 3-bedroomed ground-floor flat is currently on the market for offers around £380,000.
Warners enjoys positive PR in Scotland thanks to a media strategy maintained by Edinburgh public relations experts the Holyrood PR.
