Eagle Couriers has confirmed a deal with THS Couriers, buying out the business and expanding its presence outside of Scotland.

The buy-out of shares will result in Eagle Couriers enjoying 100% ownership of THS, however the daily running of the Paisley-based business will remain with previous owner Kevin Muir.
