March PR Success for Bell Ingram

MARCH was bursting at the seams with quality print and online coverage for our client Bell Ingram as we helped to share news from across the host of valuable services it provides.

The first story was a warning from one of Bell Ingram’s expert land agents that the last opportunity to appeal for those who received notification of liability for non-domestic rates on sporting rights is fast approaching.

Notification letters had been sent out in September or early October, so the deadline falls for some at the end of March and others in early April.

We ensured the story gained impressive national and trade media coverage.

Highlights included:

  • Coverage in the online and print versions key trade media outlet Scottish Farmer
  • Print article in The Scotsman
  • The story reached a total of 40,575 people

Another story focused on pioneering technology which has revolutionised a key industry service that Bell Ingram specialises in.

It’s GiS mapping team has been working closely alongside Registers of Scotland to test and aid development of their new Land Information Service, ScotLIS.

ScotLIS allows both business users and the general public to search the map-based Scottish Land Register at the same time as searching for information on the Sasine Register – a chronological list of land deeds, which contain written descriptions of properties.

  • The story picked a key item of coverage in The Courier, promoting a lesser known area of Bell Ingram’s work to 12,456 people

A further March success story, this time from the property side of the business, was our work to help share the story of The Bridge Hotel.

A former hotel in the Highland tourist village of Bonar Bridge we showcased the property’s amazing potential for savvy buyers looking for an amazing business opportunity.

The highlights include:

  • Print coverage in the Press and Journal and the Northern Times
  • Online hit on scottishfield.co.uk
  • The story reached a total of 12,753 people

In total, the amazing stories we told throughout March reached a total of 1,907,201 people.

The recognition gained for Bell Ingram across a wide variety of publications across the UK helps to spread the word about the expertise it offers in a range of different areas.

Seeing its success in a host of media titles not only drives more business but also helps to position Bell Ingram as one of the UK’s leading and estate agents.
