Space Solutions shot up more than 100 places on the Insider SME 300 list – which details the best performing small and medium-sized firms across the whole of Scotland.

The success comes as the firm highlighted new projections for 2010, which indicate that sales and turnover are on course to be 10% higher than their 2009 levels. Managing director Steve Judge said its performance was down to the diversity of its range of services, as well its ability to ensure clients achieve the most from their work premises.

The firm was featured in the Edinburgh Evening News, which reported on its new sponsorship of Capital-based rugby team Boroughmuir RFC.

The four figure deal will see Space Solutions’ logo amblazoned on the Boroughmuir First XV team’s shirts for the coming season. Director Derek Binnie said that the firm had chosen to support Boroughmuir because of its commitment to the local community in Edinburgh.
