PR in Scotland showcases latest property investment deal

THE COUNTRY’S newest property investment firm has achieved impressive PR in Scotland within the specialist business press.

Cowiesburn Asset Management was featured in the pages of Business 7, which reported on how it was offering high yields from commercial property investment across Scotland.

The service has been set up by investment expert Donald Simpson, who is already achieving yields of up to 8% for clients. The venture offers the most bespoke property investment service in Scotland and takes clients through the whole process from purchase to sale – including a dedicated in-house property management service.

The article focussed on the recent deal that Cowiesburn facilitated, to buy the Old Academy building in Perth. The purchase – which was made by an anonymous North East investor – will net around £75,000 in annual rents.

The report highlighted how Cowiesburn had helped facilitate the purchase of the Old Academy building in Perth in a deal expected to net the buyer an annual rent of £75,000. It is the biggest deal so far for the firm, which was set up earlier this year to provide investors with an opportunity to receive higher yields through commercial property rather than savings or shares.
