The Fairmilehead site created by the UK’s most upmarket major home builder CALA Homes featured in this week’s Sunday Mail lifestyle magazine, Seven Days with a focus on its latest range of three bedroom terraced ‘Arthur’ homes.
Boasting a reputation as one of Scotland’s best read magazines, and crammed with features on what’s hot and what’s not across everything from showbiz to fashion and interiors the publication was the perfect place to showcase the popular homes to trendy young professionals looking to step onto the property ladder.
The piece in the ‘Open House Latest News’ section of the magazine, described the terraced property as appealing to young couples and families, conveying CALA’s key message for the home.
As part of the Daily Record, the Sunday Mail has a circulation of 411,755 meaning that thousands of potential house hunters from across Scotland were able to read about the launch of the new phase, heightening awareness of the development to a wide ranging audience. Find out more about the story by visiting the original press release.
The coverage was achieved as part of an ongoing PR campaign for CALA Homes (East) by Edinburgh public relations agency Holyrood Partnership. With a wealth of experience working with the property media for clients including Citylets, Bell Ingram and Gilson Gray, Holyrood Partnership was delighted to be appointed the PR agency for CALA Homes (East) earlier this year.
The team’s expertise in the field has already yielded stellar results with CALA stories appearing in local, national and trade titles. See the results for yourself by visiting the dedicated CALA Homes PR hub here.
