Commitment to long-term client care rewarded with brace of wins at 2023 PRide awards

OUR AWARD-winning PR agency has doubled down on a gold-standard commitment to client service and creativity.
With the glitzy CIPR Scotland PRide awards finally returning in-person for the first time in four years, our team were eager to celebrate – and two award successes gave us the perfect excuse.
Our entire team glammed up for the event at Edinburgh’s Sheraton Grand hotel and our night was topped off with us landing:
– Best Long-term Client Care: Creating “generation swim”, with Learn to Swim (a Scottish Water partnership with Scottish Swimming).

Congratulations to @holyroodpr who have been awarded with a @CIPR_Global Gold Award for Best Long-Term Campaign for their work on the #LearnToSwim programme since 2017 💙

We also celebrated Account Manager Fergus Robb claiming Silver in Outstanding Communicator category – reflecting his impressive talent and potential as a future industry leader.

Scott Douglas, Managing Director, said: “The PRide awards featured two categories dedicated to delivering long-term value to clients. For us to win them both is an outstanding result.
“Our company vision is to run our business by transforming the everyday into what makes us proud. That vision determines the people that we work with, our creative approach and drives all of the decisions that we make.
“It means that we fight for our clients and work tirelessly to keep the work that we do fresh, imaginative and inspiring. More than half of our clients have worked with us for more than three years and it is testament to this approach and our team for buying into it.”
Holyrood PR was shortlisted in seven separate categories. The others included Best Corporate Communications Campaign; Best Healthcare and/or Wellbeing Campaign; Best Integrated Campaign and Best Use of Media Relations.
The latest Gold awards mean that we have now secured wins in at least 17 different PR award categories.
