WarnersExcellent PR in Scotland for Warners with The Scotsman

Leading Edinburgh estate agent, Warners has recieved coverage after revealing part exchange options available to buyers and sellers.

It has been revealed that homes in Edinburgh are being sold at up to £35,000 below their asking prices under a scheme aimed at helping house builders take vacant part-exchange properties of their books.

Warners solicitors and estate agents are selling part-exchange homes owned by house builders at prices below their home report valuations.

Ross Leslie, Part Exchange sales manager at Warners said ” House builders are increasingly finding that while part-exchange deals means sellers get to move  into a brand new home, they themselves are struggling to sell on properties they have obtained through the part-exchange scheme.”

Warners hope to tempt more people into buying by offering discounted properties.

This coverage was secured with The Scotsman as a part of sustained public relations campaign carried out by Holyrood Partnership on behalf of Warners.
