Pain Free Needle Gains Extra PR Scotland For Dental Centre

Lubiju, Cosmetic Dentist Blog

Lubiju Scot on SundayThe Scotland on Sunday has featured an article on a pioneering dental jab, that signals the end of painful needles for patients.

Lubiju cosmetic dental centre is to become one of the first in Scotland to use the QuickSleeper anaesthetic and needle, which is specially engineered to ensure that patients feel only a slight vibration.  The needle is able to target specific nerves as it is directed into the gum rather than the bone, spelling an end to the numb tongues, lips or cheeks normally associated with a trip to the dentist.

Dr Krishnan, who jointly set up the Edinburgh practice with Dr Lubino do Rego, quotes in the article: “This really is the kind of exciting technology which dentists have been dreaming about for decades, so we are proud to be at the forefront of introducing it to Scotland.

“It is our aim at Lubiju to bring the best available treatments to Scotland from around the world.  Being able to offer a genuinely painfree anaesthetic is is ground breaking.”

The Edinburgh based clinic also provides the services of a hypnotherapist who can help patients relax during treatments.

The full article can be read on the Scotsman’s website and was secured thanks to a successful PR campaign carried out by public relations agency the Holyrood PR.
