A new medical tourism link between Scotland and Norway has received a welcome PR boost after being featured in the pages of the Edinburgh Evening News.
The daily newspaper reported on the launch of the new route in Edinburgh, which was attended by Scanhealth Scandinavia doctors Kiell Gunnar Gundersen and John Wenger Hausken.
To promote their services, the medical tourism doctors turned to the Edinburgh PR team at Holyrood Partnership to arrange coverage of their services on offer but also to meet and greet with the press and local influentials. The opening of the service comes on the back of a new direct, low-cost, 90-minute Ryanair flight from Edinburgh to Haugesund, which launched on July 4.
The full coverage appeared in the Edinburgh Evening News and came as the result of a public relations campaign by Holyrood Partnership PR in Edinburgh.
