No More Dreaded Needle Means More PR Scotland for Lubiju Dental Centre

Lubiju, Cosmetic Dentist Blog

Lubiju Cosmetic dentistry webThe Cosmetic Dentistry Guide has featured an article on a new aneasthesia method that is soon to be available at Lubiju dental centre.

The centre based in Edinburgh, is to become one of the first in Scotland to use a pioneering needle that delivers a pain free aneasthetic.

The QuickSleeper system works by delivering a slight vibration rather than a needle prick, injecting the aneasthetic into the bone and not the gum.  The method can numb up to eight teeth at once and can target specific nerves, preventing the pateint from experiencing a numb tongue or cheek after the injection.

Dr Kirishnan of the Lubiju practice, is said in the article to believe that the QuickSleeper system will: “help to encourage those that have dental anxiety and dental phobia visit their dentist.  Many people avoid going to the dentist because they are afraid of having injections.  Now patients can feel much more relaxed going to the dentist”

Staff at the centre are quoted as being  excited about pioneering the system.
