on behalf of ELPG
The Edinburgh Evening News has splashed coverage of The Edinburgh and Lothians Property Group’s (ELPG) latest success on its business pages.
The Capital’s leading property solicitors group revealed that it had once again accounted for more than a quarter of all house sales registered by the ESPC.
The ELPG achieved the same market share in 2008 as in 2007, despite the group numbering five firms rather than the seven it had in previous years.
Coverage in Edinburgh’s daily newspaper will ensure that news of ELPG’s dominance will reach an audience of tens of thousands in a key market.
The ELPG sold a total of 1524 properties in 2008 – accounting for more than one in four sales made in the ESPC, which includes over 200 firms.
