New PR Success for La Favorita With Chef News Headlines

Holyrood PR PR in Edinburgh secures coverage for La FavoritaThe Craft Guild of Chefs, one of the country’s most respected websites for food and drink news, has featured a story about popular Edinburgh restaurant La Favorita’s new pizza wagon.

The website reported on how La Favorita had introduced the new takeaway vehicle, which is believed to be the first-ever log fired mobile pizza wagon in the UK.

Proprietor Tony Crolla spent £50,000 to create the takeaway van, which has already been trialled at outdoor events such as Edinburgh’s Hogmanay, the Jim Clark Rally and Rock Ness. Due to the overwhelming success of the wagon at these events, Tony is planning to tour it around other summer festivals such as T in the Park and the Edinburgh Fringe.
