Edinburgh’s leading letting agent has been featured in a new property story in the Daily Express thanks to Holyrood PR PR in Scotland.
Braemore Property Management was heavily featured and quoted by the newspaper in a story about how investors can make gains by renting properties out to students.
The firm, which has 850 properties on its books worth £250 million, believes that buy-to-let investors should consider purchasing an HMO and renting their property out to students. Director Colette Murphy said that, as students are good tenants with UK-based guarantors and who are willing to sign up for year-long leases, they represent the perfect tenants for people wanting to invest in rented accommodation.
