Staff at Edinburgh’s best-loved Italian restaurant have been celebrating after being featured in The Sunday Times’ Ecosse supplement.
The national newspaper reported on how Vittoria had introduced a poll among its customers designed to see whether the venue should ban Italian bottled water in favour of Scottish tap water.
The renowned Scottish restaurant has asked customers to vote on the water to be served with meals. Votes cast by diners will decide whether Vittorias continues to stock bottled Acqua Panna, which imported from the Apennines mountains in Tuscany – or whether the restuarant should offer only humble Scottish tap water.
Vittoria receives positive media coverage and a high PR profile thanks to a dedicated public relations strategy implemented by Scotland’s PR experts the Holyrood PR.
