New Health & Safety Headlines for HAVmeters

An innovative safety device designed to reduce vibration injuries among workers in the UK has been featured in a leading health and safety chronicle.
The HAVmeter – which records vibration levels in order to reduce workers’ chances of contracting Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) – was highlighted in the latest issue of Health & Safety Matters magazine after achieving its latest sales landmark.
The magazine, which is one of the top HSE publications in the UK, reported on how the firm behind the devices – Reactec – had broken through the 20,000 sales barrier. It added that the equipment was quickly becoming the industy standard for vibration injuries in the construction, hire industry and grounds maintenance sectors.
