Italian wine bar gets a taste of PR Scotland after launching their new food menu.
Divino Enoteca, Edinburgh’s premium wine bar shows that they not only lead the way when it comes to fine wine, but are also exceeding expectations with their new food offering.
Their new food menu which launched this month, offers a range of traditional Italian dishes all made with genuine artisan produce offering diners a true taste of Italy without having to leave the country.
As part of the menu launch the venue in the heart of the Old Town teamed up with local Edinburgh paper the Edinburgh Evening News to create a recipe feature which helps diners recreate Italian cuisine at home.
Featured dishes included poached egg on a nest of rocket leaves resting on a sweet potato tile dressed with grated truffle as well as Italian style baby pork ribs, with homemade potato crispts, caramelised onions, potato puree and red wine jus.
