New Coverage for Warners’ State of the Market Analysis

Property solicitor Warners has celebrated a new piece of media coverage in one of the UK’s biggest regional papers.
The Yorkshire Post ran a story about how Warners had given an in-depth analysis of the Scottish property market – showing that house prices had levelled out because of a new wave of “realism” among buyers and sellers.
Estate agency partner Scott Brown explained that the property market was likely to remain flat for the rest of 2010 due to tight lending restrictions and a surplus of properties on the market. However, he added that buyers and sellers who were realistic about the amount of money they expected to purchase or sell their property for would still be able to move home.
The full coverage can be viewed on the Yorkshire Post website and was the result of a sustained PR in Scotland campaign carried out by the Holyrood PR.
