on behalf of Bell Ingram
Bell Ingram has announced a buoyant start to its 2016 business growth aspirations with the appointment of both a new estate agent and property assistant, boasting 37 years of industry experience between them.
Carl Warden and Moira Webley, both originally from Perthshire, joined the leading land and estate agent this month and will be based in Bell Ingram’s Perth office, focusing on properties across the area.
Carl and Moira, who first met more than 35 years ago as family friends, have joined from estate agents Savills UK, where they had worked for the last nine years.
Carl’s passion for property began whilst undertaking a traineeship at Stewart Wise Ogilvie in 1989, and he has since accumulated over 27 years of experience in the industry. Moira has worked across the legal and property sector for over 30 years.
Carl and Moira’s combined experience across some of Scotland’s best known estate agency firms is being seen as helping Bell Ingram provide an invaluable service to its property clients as well as boosting the expertise of the firm’s property team.
Carl, who takes up a role as Senior Associate, said: “I am delighted to be working for a company as highly regarded as Bell Ingram and am looking forward to the new challenges the role will bring.
“Having worked in property for 27 years across Perthshire, I believe my experience in advising in the buying and selling of properties in changing and diverse markets has equipped me well and I am keen to apply this to my new role.
“I am very pleased to take up my new position in such a well established firm, and to continue to work alongside Moira, as she brings with her a wealth of quality and experience and we make a solid team.
“The property market in Perthshire has had a busy start to 2016 and we very much look forward to getting to grips with this role as the year progresses.”
Bell Ingram PR manager Joanne Stennett said: “It’s a thrill to be adding Carl and Moira to our team of experts here at Bell Ingram.
“Their combined, extensive experience will be vital when assisting current and future clients with valuable advice in property, a key focus within our multi disciplined business.
“We look forward to working with Carl and Moira and we truly believe that our clients will benefit highly from their years of knowledge of the property industry.”
Established 117 years ago, Bell Ingram has 130 professional staff across 11 UK offices including: farm, estate and forestry managers; chartered surveyors, architects, planners, and building surveyors; and tourism, GIS mapping, and renewable energy specialists.
