New Chapter wins a prestigious award for culinary excellence

A HIDDEN gem in Edinburgh’s New Town has been recognised as a ‘Good Food Award’ winner for 2020.

New Chapter restaurant on Eyre Place, owned and run by husband and wife team Matthew and Carol Korecki has added the award for culinary excellence to its growing collection.

The Good Food Awards are based upon extensive research of customer feedback, nominations and votes, with the winners being recognised for exceptional levels of quality in food, service and value for money.

A Good Food Award winner must offer delicious dishes, rank well against competitors, receive consistent positive customer feedback and have exceptional food hygiene standards.

Matthew said: “We are absolutely thrilled with this win. We have always been proud of the food and service we deliver to our customers and to be recognised with a Good Food Award brings a whole new level of pride.
