The country’s leading rental portal has celebrated a Scottish PR success after being featured in a top national newspaper.
The stats showed that Sotland was turning towards a European-style rental model, with many tenants choosing to take long-term leases. Senior analyst Dan Cookson said that cities such as Aberdeen, which has the highest rents in the country, were starting to resemble European capitals such as Paris and Berlin – as people choose to rent for the long-term instead of buying a home of their own.
