National Headlines Brings More PR in Scotland to Letting Experts

Edinburgh lettings firm Braemore Property Management has been celebrating after being featured in the Scotsman’s prestigious property supplement.
The section, which runs every Thursday in the Scotsman and is read by tens of thousands of people across the country, ran an opinion column from the firm about the future of the rental sector in 2010.
Director Colette Murphy said that she felt the lettings sector in Scotland would be unpredictable over the next 12 months, due to continuing uncertainty over how much money the major banks and building societies would lend to property investors. She added that, although demand for rented homes in Edinburgh was still high, there was a dearth of new properties coming onto the market.
