Scotland’s leading property poral Citylets has received another high profile piece of coverage in the online property press.
My First Home, which provides news and views about the property market and first-time buyers, ran a story about the latest Citylets quarterly report on the rental sector.
The report showed that rent levels across the country had stabilised over the past three months, bringing new optimism that the rental sector in Scotland is on the road to recovery. The data also showed that average times to let had fallen in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen – a further sign of stability in the market.
The full article can be seen on My First Home’s website and was the result of a Scottish PR campaign carried out by online media and social networking experts in Edinburgh tHolyrood PR.
