More headlines for Braemore after student renting makes the Evening News.

Braemore Property Management Blog

Braemore mouthpiece coverage in the Evening NewsEdinburgh’s leading property management firm has been celebrating another PR success after being featured in the Evening News.

Colette Murphy, director at Braemore Property Management, was featured in the newspaper’s “mouthpiece” section with an article about how renting properties to students can be an ideal investment.

She argued that, as parents are typically paying more than £10,000 to help their children pay rent on a student property over four years, it was a wiser financial move to buy a flat for their children. She added that it would be a solid investment as extra rooms could be sub-let out to university friends and, once their children had finished their studeies, the property could be sold for a profit.
