Market Menu Brings Fresh Quality Food To The Table

The Corinthian Club Press releases

Delicious Food at The Corinthian Club The Corinthian Club has created a special menu offer for its diners, allowing them to sample some of Scotland’s finest quality cuisine at a fraction of the price.

Based around the idea of market quality food – handpicked, line caught and delivered fresh – the new Market Menu is available seven days a week in the Teller’s Brasserie and changes on a daily basis reflecting the seasonality of the produce available.

Offering a unique dining experience, which differs every time, guests will get a chance to taste a range of dishes, recent menus have included; confit of duck leg with Tuscan bean stew or smoked salmon terrine with quails eggs, cucumber and mint sauce.

The Market Menu is available from just £12.50 for 2 courses Monday to Friday from 12-5pm and £14.95 for two courses from 5pm onwards. The menu also runs Saturday from 12 – 5pm and Sunday from 12pm – 10pm at £14.95 for two courses.

Additionally Monday diners can get two courses for just £10 when they dine after 5pm.

John Redmond, Head Chef at The Corinthian Club, said: “We understand the importance of only using the finest ingredients in our recipes and this requires a changing menu reflective of the foods that are in season that week.

“By continuously updating the menu it allows us to take advantage of the great wealth of locally sourced produce available to us by incorporating these into our dishes.

“The daily changes also mean that we can celebrate various festivals and foodie events throughout the year by creating menus inspired by whatever is happening at the time, for example the Commonwealth Games, Halloween or even just the seasons themselves.

“It’s a great chance for diners to come and try something new and different, which they might not have seen on our menus before and even better it’s a great chance to keep them coming back to see what new and exciting food is on the menu.”

To take advantage of The Market Menu offer diners must book before hand and can do so by visiting www.thecorinthianclub.co.uk or by calling 0141 552 1101.
