Manchester coverage adds to success in UK-wide PR campaign for kids golf event

Two young golfers in the Manchester Evening News circulation area have featured in the paper, as part of a report about the U.S Kids Golf European Champsionship.
The newspepar has reported how Failsowrth schoolgirl Katie Jane Stanley, 10, (pictured), and 13-years old Jake Williams, from Lymm, will be playing ini the prestigious tournament.
The pair earlier won a local event in Greater Manchester – the Talent Hunt at Trafford Park’s Playgolf – last November.
This prompted the MEN to put them at the top of the list of lcoal competitors travelling to East Lothian for the European Champsonships. Others from the paper’s are included Cameron Massey, sisters Sounisa and Soraya Bell, Victoria Bithell and Amelia Taylor.
