Makeover for eclectic restaurant, as our Scottish PR agency brings headlines to the table
Maison Bleue, an eclectic restaurant located in Edinburgh’s famous Victoria Street was established 17 years ago by owner Dean Gassabi and is now renowned for spectacular dishes presenting an exotic fusion between French, North African and Scottish cuisine.
Famous for being a celebrity hangout, the recognisable and attractive eatery cites Gwen Stefani, Kristen Scott-Thomas and Keifer Sutherland among its many fans.
After closing for over a month to allow an extensive makeover, Maison Bleue is now ready to re-open its doors to food lovers and to overwhelm them with its captivating new features/
The extensive makeover includes a change to the colour palette, artistic woodwork and elegant mirror frames, Victorian plates and North African carpets.
This renovation has been undertaken to improve customer the customer experience, while preserving the historic building’s charm and integrity. Thanks to a better lighting system and space enhancement, customers will be offered an unforgettable dining experience in the heart of the Edinburgh Old Town.
Maison Bleue has been considered as one of the best restaurants in Edinburgh in the last 15 years, which combined with the storytelling ability of the team at our Scottish PR agency helped to achieve a press clamour.
This media coverage is part of ongoing work for Maison Bleue by Holyrood Partnership.
