Scottish PR Agency Feasts on Coverage for Iconic Edinburgh Restaurant
Top local and national newspapers which have remarkable readership across the country featured stories about the glorious refurbishment of Maison Blue and the hotly anticipated Post-Refurb Party that followed.
The month-long closure – to allow for the six-figure refurbishment – built an appetite for those in the media invited along to the re-opening of its doors.
Scotland’s daily compact newspaper The National, which has a circulation of around 30, 471, published the story accompanied by a picture of the restaurants new iconic dish – which has a pre-order time of 24 hours.
The Edinburgh Evening News – which circulates around Edinburgh and the Lothian’s – featured a picture of Dean Gassabi, the restaurant’s owner. The image shows Dean accompanied by exclusive Beduin Mechoui dish and belly dancers that entertained at the evening event.
The eclectic restaurant, located on the cobbled & winding Victoria Street, in the city’s Old Town was also featured in national newspaper The Scotsman which has a circulation of around 27,208.
Our dynamic team at Holyrood PR also invited a host of bloggers to the event as a way for Maison Bleue to reach a broader audience. Blogs of the event can be found on Little Katie’s Little Thoughts and Edinburgh Feasts. Miss Vicky Viola‘s blog references the new interior is a feast for the eyes.
