Ice cream brands advanced freezer hits the headlines as it nears completion
ICE CREAM giants, Mackie’s of Scotland celebrated its low carbon refrigeration system with a host of media coverage, thanks to Holyrood PR’s food and drink PR experts.
The double drum spiral freezer will allow Mackie’s to cut energy use by up to 80% and increase ice cream productivity on the Aberdeenshire farm.
