WITH its sophisticated yet fun design visuals and distinctive name now revealed, our client’s highly anticipated new venture gained powerful coverage across a variety of important and targeted press.

Ahead of its September opening, we were able to further drum up excitement for the Mackie’s parlour and coffee-shop, named ‘19.2’ with coverage across the region.

Located exactly 19.2 miles from the Westertown home farm where the family first started making ice cream more than 30 years ago, we also revealed tasty first-glimpse visuals -hinting at the interior design inspiration at the Aberdeen city centre site – with design cues taken by the brand and its products.

Scoops of Coverage

Our first-glimpse at the upcoming design and name followed our first announcement success – and once again our story gained notable media attention.

To date, we have generated the following highlights:

  • The Press and Journal, the country’s biggest regional paper, and Aberdeen Evening Express gained extensive Granite City coverage for Mackie’s.
  • Aberdeen and Grampain Chamber of Commerce, North-East Scotland’s leading business membership organisation, covered the story on their website.
