Edinburgh Evening News Cutting One of Edinburgh’s landmark hotels, The Murrayfield House Hotel, has hit the headlines this week with news of its recently renovated Bothy Restaurant and Drinkery’s photograph series.

Encapsulating the hotel’s desire to give the new bar at The Murrayfield a truly ‘local’ feel, neighbours have been asked to supply their own, vintage, black and white images to line the walls, as part of the ‘Murrayfield Memories’ project.

The hotel is particularly interested in receiving images of the local area, old shop fronts, family portraits and pictures of best-loved Murrayfield landmarks, of course, including The Murrayfield Hotel itself.

The Edinburgh Evening News, with a circulation of around 32,000 readers, picked up on the quirky story and featured it in Thursday’s edition of the paper,

The coverage was achieved as part of an ongoing PR campaign for The Murrayfield House Hotel. If you would like to see how quality public relations can benefit your business get in touch with a member of our team for more information.
