The Bothy Restaurant and Drinkery launched in style at the landmark Murrayfield House Hotel last week, with an evening of cocktails, canapes and live music exclusively for local guests.

The stunning new bar which boasts exposed stone walls and stripped back wooden floors went down a treat with local invitees as they praised staff for their traditional tartan uniforms, unique cocktail concoctions and delicious, locally sourced food.

The story was picked up by the capital’s local paper Edinburgh Now and included images of the stylish interior.
