A FATHER has followed in his son’s footsteps after being so taken with his new home that he bought one for himself.
CALA Homes (East’s) Murieston Gait development exceeded all expectations after selling out of a total of 59 properties and securing an outstanding £20m worth of sales in record time.
Situated in one of West Lothian’s most affluent areas, the development is ideal for city commuters and many people looking for the best of both family and working life have found this to be the ideal development.
One such satisfied home owner is Jim Spowart who, after visiting his son’s home at Murieston Gait, was so delighted with the development that he knew immediately it would also make the perfect fit for himself and his wife, Janis.
Jim said: “We bought the Macrae showhome and we were attracted to it because it had everything we wanted in a home – the layout is absolutely excellent.
“My son and daughter-in-law had already bought a house at Murieston Gait and we were so impressed with theirs that we didn’t want to miss out on the chance to live in the same comfort. It really is the perfect family home.”
Not only was Jim delighted with the standard of homes at the West Lothian development but he was also quick to praise the customer service he experienced while purchasing the property.
Jim added: “Everyone we spoke with was an absolute delight and made the entire process from start to finish completely painless.
“On top of this, we were able to part exchange our previous house for exactly what we were hoping to. CALA was instrumental in making the move as stress free as possible and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the homebuilder to anyone.”
Jim’s son and daughter-in-law, whose home purchase inspired his identical move, echoed his sentiments.
Aileen Spowart, Jim’s daughter-in-law, said: “We viewed numerous homes from numerous developers but the quality of finish and design in the CALA product, combined with its help in offering a part exchange service, made it a very easy final decision.
“CALA set out a detailed roadmap from the outset and stuck to this all the way through to the conclusion of the buying process. The sales advisor’s patience and eagerness to assist – no question was too dumb – ensured it was seamless and straight forward.
“Similar to my Father-in-law, we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending CALA Homes.”
The upmarket homebuilder has an impressive portfolio of developments across the East of Scotland, comprising Edinburgh City Centre, South Queensferry, North Berwick, Ratho and Currie. Househunters seeking a luxury lifestyle are encouraged to visit one of the exclusive developments, which all offer a beautiful selection of detached properties, 3 bedroom terraced homes and bespoke apartments.
Stala Thomson, Sales Manager with CALA Homes (East), said “We are delighted to see that the Spowart family are so happy with their new homes.
“At CALA we focus not just on the high quality of the houses we sell, but also on the service we offer to our customers and ensure it doesn’t just stop as soon as the keys have been handed over.
“As a result we earn great loyalty from our customers, who often go on to live in a series of CALA properties or recommend us to other potential homebuyers.”
