Leith’s Newest Chef Answers 10 Questions With Help of Scottish PR Agency

Tony Delicata in Evening NewsWhile launching Edinburgh’s most hotly anticipated new child friendly restaurant, accomplished chef Tony Delicata still found the time to answer 10 questions posed by the Edinburgh Evening News.

The newspaper, which reaches 150,000 readers per day in Edinburgh and the Lothians, is an important vehicle for telling potential customers about the extensive menu and child friendly facilities at The Yard, Leith.

So Tony – who lives in Newhaven – jumped at the chance to feature in the News as part of its regular 10 questions column – whcih can be read by visiting its popular website.

Tony is the head chef at the new venue in Bonnington Road, which is the brainchild of his friend since school days Lorraine Politi, the woman entrepreneur behind the hugely successful Molly’s play centre in Ocean Terminal.

To support the launch and generate positive media coverage for The Yard, Leith, the pair brought in public relations experts with Holyrood PR, PR in Scotland.
