Home Visits are Just What the Doctor Ordered for Scots Legal Firm

A SCOTS law firm is turning the tables on traditional practises by offering home visits for clients rather than insisting on formal office meetings.

Boyd Legal is determined to be at the forefront of reversing the stuffy image of lawyers by putting their clients’ needs at the centre of their customer service offering.

Most recently, Peter made a trip to Gartmore, Stirlingshire, to visit a couple, one of whom was less mobile due to a recent operation.

Peter added: “The opportunity to get out of the office is also an obvious attraction too. Having the chance to get to Gartmore in the Loch Lomond National Park, really didn’t feel like work in the slightest.

“What’s more, we found a huge number of common interests after we’d finished the business talk, and I even got a slice of delicious home baked apple pie.

“You wouldn’t get that in a solicitor’s office in the city.”
