on behalf of Bell Ingram
Bell Ingram, one of the UK’s leading land and estate agents has been the pick of the press this week after winning a significant landmark contract – with a little help from our Edinburgh PR agency.
The new contract will see the land and property specialist play a key role in upgrading some of Scotland’s most famous historic buildings.
The Perthshire company will lead the maintenance of a portfolio of 19 renowned properties across Scotland, including The Macintosh Building in Perthshire and The Pineapple building in Dunmore.
The story of the exciting new contract win for our land and property client was an instant hit with the media, quickly garnering attention from a whole host of sources, including three of Scotland’s most widely read and trusted newspapers, as well as important pieces in prominent construction publications.
In a matter of hours, Bell Ingram’s success was online on Scottish Construction Now’s website – Scotland’s principal daily construction news service – as well as featuring in SCN’s Newsletter, which circulates to hundreds of the construction industry’s key players.
This significant online coverage was then added to the following morning, when key print sources the Courier, the National and the Scotsman all ran the story. Bell Ingram’s inclusion in three national papers is a fantastic hit for the property specialist, as all three combined have a reach of over 128,000, guaranteeing a considerable readership from all corners of the country.
The printed pieces were also complimented by inclusion on the National’s online addition, as well as renowned business source Aberdeen Business News, adding an increased readership potential over the tens of thousands mark.
Further pick up by influential, construction industry news websites capped the impressive round up of press commentary, with Building Construction Design, Project Scotland and Prime Resi running individual pieces, therefore securing a reach across a multi-disciplined audience of building professionals.
By making ripples across national press sources, as well as a variety of different news outlets within Bell Ingram’s key target sectors, our story on behalf of the land and estate agent will enable it to gain significant positive attention across the industry and consequentially grow a larger client base.
This notable representation in the press, both in print and online, was achieved as part of Holyrood PR’s ongoing PR work with Bell Ingram. Using our multi-award winning skills, we are able to produce regular and far-reaching comm
entary for all our clients.
